Tyler Rush is the owner and Chief Executive Officer of Red Creek Solutions. Driven by a deep passion for building stronger Native communities, Ms. Rush brings more than 20 years of hands-on managerial consulting experience across Indian Country and beyond. Her practical, grassroots approach stems from her background in education. She has mastered the ability to identify organizational and community needs and deliver targeted, sustainable solutions.

Throughout her career, Tyler has traveled nationally, working within tribal communities to teach and implement solutions ranging from administrative services and process improvements to Native-based educational programs designed to meet the unique needs of Native students. She has notably organized and facilitated critical dialogues between U.S. Senate leadership and tribal leaders to advance progress on Native healthcare and education.

Tyler holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Florida International University and a Master of Science degree in Montessori Education from Barry University. After years in the classroom, her entrepreneurial spirit led her to found Red Creek Solutions, positioning the firm to understand and serve the distinct needs of federal, state, and tribal government agencies.

A proud enrolled member of the Mvskoke (Creek) Nation of Oklahoma, Tyler serves as Chairwoman of the Board of Trustees for UNITY (United National Indian Tribal Youth). UNITY is the largest Native youth organization in the country, dedicated to fostering education, leadership development, and cultural preservation. As a UNITY alumna, she is honored to give back in this leadership role, helping guide the organization’s mission of empowering the next generation of Indigenous leaders.

Gabrielle Claxton is the Chief Operating Officer of Red Creek Solutions. An enrolled member of the Mvskoke (Creek) Nation, she brings more than six years of experience in government contracting to her leadership role, along with a strong foundation in talent management and client service.

Gabrielle is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma, where she studied Public Relations and Business Enterprises. She began her career at RCS as a human resources professional, where she excelled at sourcing outstanding employees, delivering excellent service to clients, and ensuring smooth, supportive transitions for incoming team members. Her work helped build the capable, mission-focused teams that serve federal, state, and tribal clients.

In her current role as Chief Operating Officer, Gabrielle provides steady leadership across company employees, management, and RCS contracts. She focuses on operational excellence, team development, and ensuring that the firm consistently delivers high-quality results while maintaining a supportive culture rooted in community and accountability.

In her spare time, Gabrielle enjoys coaching competitive cheer and working with youth, continuing her commitment to mentorship and positive community impact beyond the workplace.

Christopher Catanzaro is an operations and contracting leader who helps organizations work smarter and deliver stronger results. As Chief Contracting Officer at Red Creek Solutions, he brings more than 20 years of experience in federal contracting, compliance, and project management. He is known for streamlining processes, strengthening internal systems, and making sure program teams have what they need to succeed.

Chris’s career has spanned program management, financial oversight, and community development, including service as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Panama, where he supported youth leadership and economic development projects. He pairs mission-driven values with a practical, people-first approach to building reliable, efficient operations.

Originally from Long Island, New York, he holds a Master of Public Administration from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Criminal Justice from SUNY Brockport.

Angelique Little Light is an experienced Human Resources leader with a background spanning healthcare, federal contracting, and regional program management, and with deep experience in organizational development, federal contracting compliance, and multidisciplinary team management. As Director of Human Resources, she oversees recruitment and retention programs, performance management, employee relations, training and development, and benefits administration. As a member of senior leadership, Angelique plays a central role in shaping strategies that maximize human capital and support the organization’s long-term growth.

Before entering HR, Angelique served as a Level IV NICU Registered Nurse at St. Vincent Hospital, where she also worked as a Nurse Supervisor, flight nurse, and Neonatal Resuscitation Program instructor. Her clinical leadership enhanced communication with families, improved staffing workflows, and elevated quality of care. Prior to her nursing career, she expanded her expertise in government contracting through her work with Chickasaw Nation Industries, managing regional operations, quality assurance teams, and multi-jurisdictional training for a Bureau of Indian Affairs land title conversion project.

Angelique is an enrolled member of the Apsáalooke (Crow) Tribe of Indians and affiliated with the Gros Ventre Tribe of Montana.

With over 30 years of experience in the government contracting (GovCon) industry, Rebecca Kenney has developed a deep understanding of its intricacies. She discovered her passion for GovCon accounting in 1987 while working as an accounts payable clerk for a major government contractor. From there she embarked on a journey that led her to become a certified Deltek Government Contracting System (GCS) Consultant, travelling across the country to help clients with GCS implementations and with Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) compliance.

She furthered her expertise by earning a Master of Science degree in Government Contracting from George Washington University in 2008, and in 2016 she solidified her payroll expertise by acquiring the Unanet Certification for Financial Portfolio.

Throughout her career Rebecca has remained dedicated to the GovCon industry. She has been with Red Creek Solutions since 2021, and is passionate about her commitment to RCS and its employees.

Julia Doherty has over 20 years’ experience working in small business, the last 10 exclusively in finance. Formally trained as a landscape architect, her skill set lends itself to understanding the multiple scales necessary to execute successful workflows and support accurate expense management.

Leading accounts receivable and accounts payable, Julia keeps Red Creek’s day-to-day financial pipeline balanced and transparent. When away from her desk, she loves cooking and gardening.

Giselle Richards brings energy, cultural pride, and strong interpersonal skills to her role at Red Creek Solutions. Since graduating from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in Human Relations, she has spent more than three years working with tribal communities and government contracting companies. Her academic background has strengthened her communication skills and deepened her commitment to community, values she brings to RCS clients and team members every day.

Giselle’s background as a competitive tumbler and cheerleader at the University of Oklahoma and beyond taught her discipline, teamwork, and resilience that continue to shape her professional approach. She is an enrolled member of the Mvskoke (Creek) Nation, and in her spare time is a jingle dress dancer and Native fashion model.

Giselle is passionate about serving as a role model for young athletes and Native youth. She promotes a healthy, active lifestyle with particular emphasis on inspiring Indigenous girls. She has spoken out on issues facing Native youth, participated in two White House Tribal Youth Forums in Washington, D.C., and has appeared on episodes of the Native Youth Voices podcast.
