About RedCreek

Built to carry the work agencies cannot afford to get wrong

A certified 8(a), Native American and woman-owned management consulting firm headquartered in Frisco, Texas — delivering consulting, technology, financial management and business services to federal, state and tribal clients.

Our roots

A firm that started where the need was

DRAFT COPY — RedCreek Solutions was founded in 2018 on a simple observation: the programs serving tribal and underserved communities were being run by people stretched too thin, using processes nobody had time to fix.

We started with one management consulting contract and a rule we still keep — every engagement is judged by whether the client would compete it to us again. That rule built a practice spanning four service areas and clients across HHS, NIH, the Indian Health Service, the Department of the Interior and the Federal Trade Commission.

Our ownership is not a checkbox. Native American and woman-owned leadership shapes who we hire, which communities we invest in, and which programs we go after.

Our approach

Four commitments we can be held to

01

Mission before method

We start with what the agency has to accomplish and work backward to the staffing, the process and the tooling — not the other way around.

02

Small enough to answer

Our leadership is reachable. When a COR calls, they get a decision, not a routing number.

03

Built for scrutiny

Every deliverable is written to survive an audit, an IG review and a change of administration.

04

Community return

Growth is measured partly in what it returns to tribal and underserved communities through hiring and partnership.
