What this site collects, which is very little, and what happens to it.

Who we are
Red Creek Solutions is a management consulting firm registered in the United States and headquartered in Frisco, TX 75034. This policy covers redcreeksolutions.com and no other site.
If you have a question about anything here, write to info@redcreeksolutions.com.
What we collect
Only what you type into one of our forms, and nothing else.
- Contact form. Your name, email address, and optionally your organization and phone number, plus the inquiry type and the message you write.
- Resume form on the careers page. Your name, email address, the resume file you attach, and anything you write in the optional note.
- Newsletter sign-up on the news page. Your email address, and the date you signed up. Nothing else, and we do not use it to work out who you are or where you work.
- TA request form on the TTA Center page. Your name, email address, and optionally your title and phone number, plus your tribe, program or organization, your role, funding source, which areas of assistance you need, which training topics interest you, what you are trying to accomplish, your delivery preference, participant numbers, timeframe and approximate budget.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, Social Security numbers, financial account details, health information or anything else sensitive through these forms.
What we do with it
A contact form submission is sent to us as an email and nothing more. It lands in a Red Creek mailbox hosted on Microsoft 365, we read it, and we reply. The website keeps no copy of it.
A resume is emailed to the careers mailbox as an attachment and nothing more. The website does not keep a copy of the file, and it is not stored in any database, bucket or applicant tracking system.
A newsletter sign-up is saved in the same database and used for one thing: sending the occasional note described on the news page. It is never sold, shared or added to any other list, and asking us to remove it deletes the address rather than flagging it.
A TA request is both emailed to the TTA Center team and saved in a database held by Cloudflare, so that a request cannot be lost to a mail problem and so the team can see what has already been answered. Only named Red Creek staff can open it, through their Microsoft 365 account.
We use what you send us to answer you and to carry out the work you are asking about. We do not sell it, rent it, or use it for advertising, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you used a form.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics, and carries no advertising or tracking pixels of any kind. Nothing follows you from page to page.
Separate password-protected tools used by our own staff require a sign-in, and that sign-in uses a session cookie. Those tools are not part of this website and are not available to the public.
Others who see something
Running a website means a few companies handle data on our behalf or as a side effect of how the web works. The complete list:
- Cloudflare hosts the site. Like any host it keeps short-lived server logs, which include visitor IP addresses, to serve pages and to defend against attacks and abuse.
- Microsoft carries and stores the email our forms generate.
- Google Fonts serves the two typefaces this site uses. Your browser fetches the font files from Google, and in doing so Google receives your IP address. No cookie is set.
Links to Indeed, LinkedIn and other outside sites take you off ours. What those companies do with your information is governed by their policies, not this one.
How long we keep it
Form submissions stay in the relevant mailbox for as long as we need them to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation, after which they are deleted in the ordinary course of our records management. A saved TA request is kept on the same basis.
A newsletter address is kept until you ask us to remove it, or until the list is discontinued.
Cloudflare and Microsoft keep their own logs on their own schedules, which we do not control.
Asking us about your information
Write to info@redcreeksolutions.com and tell us what you want. You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will need enough detail to find the right message, usually the email address you wrote from and roughly when.
Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under your own law. Tell us where you are and we will treat your request accordingly.
Children
This site is meant for government, tribal and business audiences. It is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us something through a form, write to us and we will delete it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions travel to our mailbox over encrypted connections. No system is perfect, and we do not claim otherwise.
Changes
We will update this page when what we do changes, and we will change the date at the top when we do. This version is from October 2026.
